No Returns or Exchanges

All sales at Cavallo are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

Please review your order carefully, including product details and sizing, before completing your purchase.


No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after placing an order
  • Incorrect selection of size, color, or product
  • Delivery delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances

Once an order is confirmed, it is considered final and non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Each case will be reviewed individually. If approved, Cavallo may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement or partial store credit. No cash refunds will be issued.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified once they have been submitted.
