Payment Method
Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders placed within Qatar.
Please ensure the exact amount is available at the time of delivery.
Domestic Shipping (Qatar)
- We deliver across Qatar using trusted local courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Estimated delivery time:
- Doha: 2–4 business days
- Outside Doha: 3–5 business days
Delivery Charges
- Orders below 500 QAR: 50 QAR flat delivery charge per order
- Orders of 500 QAR and above: Free delivery
Delivery charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification when your order is out for delivery.
Store Pickup
- Free in-store pickup is available.
- Orders are usually ready within 24 hours.
- A confirmation message will be sent once your order is ready for collection.
Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your items.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
For special requests, please contact us before placing an order.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive delivery updates via SMS or WhatsApp.
- For store pickup orders, you will be notified once your order is ready.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times may vary due to:

- Weekends
- Promotional periods
- Courier-related delays or unforeseen circumstances
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.
Shipping Fees & Refund Policy
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If an order is refused, canceled, or returned, delivery fees (if applicable) will not be refunded.
- Orders with free delivery are not eligible for any shipping fee reimbursement.
