All Cavallo products are carefully crafted, and natural variations in materials, color, and finish may occur. Product images are for reference only and may differ slightly from the final product due to lighting, screen settings, or craftsmanship.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance and availability. Cavallo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

Once an order is confirmed, it is final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

All purchases are governed by our No Return & No Refund Policy [LINK].

SECTION 4 – PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently the only accepted payment method.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the full order amount, including any applicable delivery charges, at the time of delivery.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Domestic Shipping (Qatar Only)

We currently deliver within Qatar only using trusted local courier partners.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
Estimated delivery times:
Doha: 2–4 business days
Outside Doha: 3–5 business days

Delivery Charges

Orders below 500 QAR: 50 QAR flat delivery charge
Orders of 500 QAR and above: Free delivery

Delivery charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.

Once an order is handed over to the courier, Cavallo is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

SECTION 6 – STORE PICKUP

Free in-store pickup is available. Orders are typically ready within 24 hours. Customers will be notified once the order is ready for collection.

SECTION 7 – NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, international shipping is not available. Orders can only be delivered within Qatar.

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, designs, images, logos, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Cavallo Trading. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

SECTION 9 – NO RETURN & NO REFUND POLICY

All Cavallo products are sold on a final sale basis.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, including:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Delivery delays

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. Any resolution will be at Cavallo’s sole discretion.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Cavallo is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external websites.

SECTION 11 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Cavallo is powered by Shopify; however, all sales, fulfillment, and customer service are managed exclusively by Cavallo Trading. Shopify bears no responsibility for transactions made through this store.

SECTION 12 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Qatari law, Cavallo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or products.

SECTION 13 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
